This a governmental site that presents information for those needing assistance and their relatives. It is a bilingual site with a non conventional navigation scheme.

On a technical side, the site conforms to XHTML 1.0 Transitional with presentation controlled through CSS style sheets. The site also offers a fluid navigation through breadcrumbs and children of the current page. Content is maintained by the client using our content management tool. Artistic direction was done by Avion Rouge. Image optimization, layout, style sheets and scripting, content management routines were developed by our team.
