This a governmental site that presents information for those needing assistance and their relatives. It is a bilingual site with a fluid navigation scheme. Special care has been taken to make sure the site is accessible to a large audience including people with disabilities.

Artistic direction was done by Avion Rouge. Image optimization, layout, style sheets and scripting, content management routines were developed by our team.
